Or you can just chop up or spoon out the avos, coconut, and bananas and throw'em in a big glass with ice, and some sugar, pour in the milk and eat it with a spoon.
Blending may be a proper way as well. My friend Rob Duncan made the Avocado Ice cream last night with a Ice cream maker I picked up at a next door garage sale, and it was "All Time" With that he blended it all up super smooth. So yeah blend it up. In the ice cream he added a little lemon juice to give it a little zing. Boom ShakahLackah.
